At our firm, our experienced attorneys are dedicated to providing professional and fast service for our clients. We want your case approved as much as you do, and will do everything within the legal framework to advance your interests.
Before taking your case, we provide a free initial consultation via phone conference to evaluate your individual circumstances and give our assessment regarding your potential case. We would like to make sure that we are able to provide valuable service to you before taking your case. Through our free evaluation, we are able to decide on the best direction for your potential case and tailor our legal resources to your specific situation.
After the initial consultation, if you decide to retain Navrat & Oslanec please take the following steps to establish an attorney-client relationship with us:
1. Sign our Attorney Retainer Contract
Following our initial consultation, we will send you our Attorney Retainer Contract. Please read the contract, print it out, and sign it in ink.
2. Return the signed retainer contract with your initial payment to us
You may mail the signed retainer contract (Attorney-Client Agreement), along with payment of the initial attorney fee to our law office or you can scan the signed retainer contract and sent it via email attachment.

We’re proud to offer our free evaluation services so that you, our potential client, will receive more information on your options and our expert opinion on the likelihood of a successful case. You may take advantage of our free evaluation services by sending an e-mail to us.
Please be advised that the scope and depth of our free evaluation service is not limitless. We receive an overwhelming number of inquiries about legal issues thereby we can’t guarantee a free evaluation in all circumstances.
For those whose situations do not fall within our free-evaluation categories, you may take advantage of our fee-based consultation services and still obtain our expert advice on your options and eligibility. In many cases, our fee-based consultation services will benefit you because we will be able to spend the necessary time to provide you more detailed answers to your questions.
When taking advantage of our fee-based consultation service, you can choose the level of detail that suits your needs best. Each level depends on how complicated your issues are. The less detailed response you need, or the less difficult the issues, the smaller the cost of the fee-based consultation. Please also note that the full amount of your consultation cost will be fully credited toward your attorney fee if you choose to retain us to handle your case within 15 days of the consultation. The fee-based consultation will enable us to provide you with enough information about your options that you can decide more easily if you want to retain us as attorneys.
