After the initial consultation, if you decide to retain Navrat & Oslanec please take the following steps to establish an attorney-client relationship with us:
1. Sign our Attorney Retainer Contract
Following our initial consultation, we will send you our Attorney Retainer Contract. Please read the contract, print it out, and sign it in ink.
2. Return the signed retainer contract with your initial payment to us
You may mail the signed retainer contract (Attorney-Client Agreement), along with payment of the initial attorney fee to our law office or you can scan the signed retainer contract and sent it via email attachment.
3. Receive a copy of signed retainer contract
As soon as we receive your signed contract and process your payment of the retainer fee, an experienced attorney will contact you and begin to work on your case. The completed retainer agreement, signed by both you and attorney, indicates the establishment of an attorney-client relationship.
We become your lawyer only once we have agreed to represent you as a client. Once you have signed and submitted the retainer contract and have paid the required initial attorney’s fee, we will send you a copy of the completed retainer contract. Please note that until then, no attorney-client relationship has been established.
